Rental Description
Rent the entire first floor of our venue for large-scale events. Perfect for conferences, performances, and community gatherings with full access to all studio areas. This includes exclusive access to the Lobby area, Large Studio, and Small Studio. No other events will be booked in the studio during your rental. For onsite support, larger events, or for a custom quote, please email: info@villagestudiosatl.com Rental Includes: ● Entire first floor ● Up to 50 banquet chairs ● (2) 6ft tables ● Projector w/ screen ● (2) wired microphones ● Sound System ● Basic stage lighting wash ● Color changing overhead & twinkle lights Rental Does NOT Include: ● Onsite lighting/sound or other support technicians ● Beverage Service of any kind
Cancellation Policy
● Cancellation with 14 or more days' notice: No cancellation fee will be charged. ● Cancellation between 13 and 8 days before the Event Date: Tenant will be responsible for 50% of the Rental Cost and any reasonable expenses incurred by The Village Studios in preparation for the event. ● Cancellation within 7 days of the Event Date: Tenant will be responsible for 100% of the Rental Cost and any expenses incurred by The Village Studios in preparation for the event.
