Rent the entire first floor of our venue for large-scale events. Perfect for conferences, performances, and community gatherings with full access to all studio areas.

Cancellation Policy

● Cancellation with 14 or more days' notice: No cancellation fee will be charged. ● Cancellation between 13 and 8 days before the Event Date: The Lessee will be responsible for 50% of the Rental Cost and any reasonable expenses incurred by The Village Studios in preparation for the event. ● Cancellation within 7 days of the Event Date: The Lessee will be responsible for 100% of the Rental Cost and any expenses incurred by The Village Studios in preparation for the event.
